Matcha Sport ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Every player has a public profile page on the web that can be viewed by anyone who has its link, including people who do not have a Matcha account. It exists so that you can share your profile with coaches, clubs and other players. This page shows only: your display name, profile photo, bio, country, player type, batting and bowling style, the number of analysed sessions, and the titles of any academic or certificate entries you have added.
It never shows your email address, phone number, postal address, date of birth, gender, height, weight, location, certificate or academic files, your followers, or your posts.
The page is marked so that search engines should not index it: it is reachable by anyone who has the link, but not by searching for your name. Links are only created when you or another Matcha user choose to share your profile.
You can remove your profile from the public web at any time by emailing support@matchasports.ai from the address on your account. Your profile will remain visible inside the app to signed-in users, subject to the blocking controls described above.
We use industry-standard security measures, but no system is 100% secure.
You may have rights to access, update, or delete your data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
You agree not to post abusive, harmful, hateful, explicit, or violent content. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for harmful behavior and may suspend accounts without notice. Reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.

Matcha is used by junior players. We collect a date of birth at sign-up so that we know a player's age, and we do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create an account without a parent or guardian's involvement.
A junior player's public profile page (Section 3) is subject to the same limits as every other player's: it never shows date of birth, age, contact details or location, and it is not indexed by search engines. Parents and guardians can ask us to remove a player's profile from the public web, or to delete the account entirely, by emailing support@matchasports.ai.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be shown with a new effective date.
